These are the questions that come up at the beginning of a request. If your case is different, send it and we will answer directly.
01 How do I start a recruitment request?
The usual first step is issuing the visa and confirming qualification on Musaned. Then we review available CVs with you. If you are unsure where your file stands, message us and we will name the starting point.
02 Do you offer hourly workers?
No. That service is not available. We can talk about recruitment, monthly hire, or a service transfer.
03 What about a guarantee or a replacement?
Follow-up continues through the contract. A replacement is possible only when the contract and Musaned conditions apply, and we explain those conditions before you sign.
04 Which countries are available?
We work with the Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Ethiopia, Pakistan, Kenya, India, and Uganda according to availability and official rules. The list can change.
05 Can the worker be delivered home?
We coordinate reception from the airport to the office. Home delivery is available when the service is open and agreed with you in advance.
06 Is the cost visible from the start?
Yes. Before you commit we explain the expected items, and what may change if the request type, country, or CV timing changes.
