Short CVs can look alike: years of experience, a country, an age. The difference shows when those numbers are tied to real household tasks, such as childcare, cooking, or care for an older person.
Three questions before you choose
- Is the stated experience close to the main task, or only a number of years?
- Is the shared language enough for the first week?
- Are the contract terms and the country clear before you say yes?
If the answer is hesitant, we delay the choice. Speed that skips these questions is the most common reason a request is reopened later.
The office role
We do not choose instead of the family. We narrow the list, explain what the first line of the CV does not show, and stop if the only available option is not a fit.
